There is little space for storing personal belongings, and I am silent about the suitcases. There is a small table with one chair, it is for one person. If you share a room with two people, a completely unnecessary thing only takes up space. a small table near the TV is barely enough for two, and that's another question. The toilet is very small, if you sit down, your knees rest against the door, so sit down with the door open. the refrigerator is enough for one person at the same level as the kitchen table. the wardrobe is small, because there is an ironing board, an iron, a coffee machine, a vacuum cleaner, a bucket with a mop. So you can put only clothes on two shelves from your belongings. But you can live as your own master. although more spacious rooms are available for the same price. ‼️I didn't like the fact that when you pay for accommodation and your payment goes through, and only then you are faced with the fact that you still have to pay an insurance deposit in the amount of €500 in case of property damage in the apartment. And if you don't pay it, your entry will be blocked and you won't be able to get the money back either. Why are such things not discussed in advance to understand what amount you have to pay in full. My stay for 23 days cost about 849 € + then I had to pay another 500 € to enter the accommodation. It was a shock to me. What if I didn't have that amount? what then Booking will not return my money, and the owner of the apartment will not let me in without this insurance for himself. Such things need to be discussed immediately.‼️🤯

There was no bath towel and toilet paper. Which is not very practical. It would be good to specify in the announcement that this is not included in the rental and that it is necessary to plan. The host tried to help me out by offering to provide me with a set of towels for 20€. What I refused considering the rental price. The apartment is however clean and pleasant, it would just be necessary to think of removing cobwebs and cousins.
