it's ok for the price
situation on the beach
the fact that the room, in ars, was very cold, no double glazing, minimalist heating by reversible air conditioning

very good stay and especially thank you for the breakfast offered. this is a plus that I have never had in hotels.
I think that in summer it must be noisy because in the morning I could hear passing cars. but the establishment is very well located and as I was hiking, it was very good because it is the beginning of the hiking trails. breakfast offered. This is very nice and I really appreciated this gesture.
we could hear the neighbors when they entered their room but that was not a problem.

Cleanliness of rooms
To have had a room without a terrace. At the time of booking, we cannot choose for people who smoke, it would have been good if we were on a terrace, just that, but we did without.
