Adequate value for money. Please pay attention to better ventilation. Helpful hostess who also spoke English.
The sleeping area was ok. Couldn't ventilate enough due to lack of windows to open. The kitchen and bathroom were small but sufficient for 1 person. The shower was really on the hard side. Our hostess was helpful and spoke. also English. We sat for a while in the garden, which was spacious.
Insufficient ventilation options. The shower cubicle is too cramped.

housing too small (22 m2 with bed, dining table, kitchen and bathroom ..... only 4 m2 for the rest

Great place at the end of the garden
The tranquility of the place, access to the garden. The equipment is new and fairly complete. Near a restaurant. Close to other amenities by car. The reception of the owner and her advice on parking possibilities in the city of Arras. And for us who love animals, their cute dog is welcome.
