good
good location in relation to the old town and for any walk departure
the kitchen and the lack of crockery - old unusable crockery + and the sofa that has more than lived - having a nice view and not having the sofa to enjoy it on - it's a shame

Location overlooking the lake and parking
The avenue almost at the foot of the building is very busy and noisy, even at night (especially on weekends). Therefore, you can not leave the bay windows open in the evening or at night despite the heat (without air conditioning)!!!

Nice apartment in a good location
Cozy and nicely furnished apartment. Well equipped and well heated. Perfect location overlooking the lake and close to the old town allowing you to do everything on foot. Greetings from the manager.
The downside of this place is the busy street on the lake.

Ideal Location
Location: Everything can be done on foot and parking in Annecy is a real advantage.
The redoubt is very lively and noisy
