Everywhere sand, smells, very humid heat, noise, the room is not at all soundproofed, so you can hear the noises of everyone from above and nearby.

Okay, but I won't be renting this place again.

Cleanliness: Dirty dishes, trash can in the bathroom not poured out, furniture on the walkway outside, used mask hanging on it. No sea view. Terrace quickly in the shade.

Dirty and expensive! Shameful
Dirty apartment! Tiny no window in the room, very hot. Really poor cleanliness. Pee-stained bedding, tiny kitchen, tiny impractical refrigerator. Outdoor chairs are broken or splintered. A damaged closet left abandoned in front of the terrace! Really shameful for 800€ for 3 nights! Disrespectful theft, to live in such conditions! Everything you need to do again in this apartment! And yet we travel often, this is the first time we have seen it at this price!!! I really do not recommend! Shame on the Foncia agency!!!!! Make money on people's backs when they pick up pactol!!! We need to file a complaint!
