Internet didn't work, badly organized tour, room not ready: hot water turned on after a long time
Nothing
the room, beds and bathroom were not clean. We had to clean the toilets ourselves. There was no duvet cover, just duvet that is used several times, dust on the bed and pillow. Review the cleanliness of the rooms, update the whole hotel, has not been renovated for a long time and 1 hour to get toilet paper…
Tour to Abu Simvel and Ahmed who made it for us. But he's still a sly one. I made a very small discount, I did not insist because I thought that initially it would be more expensive. As a result, 380le per person.
Hotel for locals, caravanserai in the lobby. The staff are all old, one and a half people speak English. The furniture is just as old as the staff. Towels and linen, while there were no guests, covered with dunes of sand. They dried themselves and slept in their clothes over the bedspreads. When we were settled, they immediately began to beg for money. We pointed out to them that there was no toilet paper, that the refrigerator was trying to fall on its side, with our products, since it had no legs. Pelboy and his escort guy put on a whole "refrigerator repair" spectacle. As a result, he remained standing crooked. But their desire to receive money doubled. Then we realized why there is no toilet paper - just no water. No, not in the taps, which were kept on parole, and not in the toilet bowl. The fact is that the pump simply corny could not cope with raising water to the fifth floor. As a result, it was possible to wash only when the whole hotel was washed, that is, by midnight. The toilet was used in another hotel. The truth was here, public, on the ground floor, dirty. The guys were very offended when we did not give them a tip for all this charm. But when water appeared in the evening, it poured from the toilet onto the floor with a cheerful murmur (from the barrel or the toilet itself, we were no longer interested). There is only one elevator to the third floor, the second is always busy. At the reception they pretend they want to help, but they make a helpless gesture...like Egypt! Electric wires stick out from all the walls in the hallway and the room. Under voltage or not, did not check. For a trip to Abu Simbel, they gave out breakfasts for the road, consisting of a boiled egg until brown ... or maybe it is, a couple of jams, a couple of melted cheeses, dried falafel and "cherry on the cake" chips with chili peppers !! ! No water, no juice. Apparently they sent us only "one way";) but we are already scientists, we took water with us.))) In all hotels they gave water or tea or coffee for free ... but not in this
