The ship that happened to us was the Zeina and it was in good condition compared to others we tested, but the prices listed on booking did not match what we actually paid.
We were greeted at the entrance by a person who was not from the ship, to our surprise we found that this agency posted a booking ad to steal the commission without the knowledge of the ship and actually forced us to advance and only in cash, otherwise he would not have given us a room, we were escorted to an ATM to withdraw the amount which went from 190 euros plus tax to 266 euros plus the manager at the end of the trip made us pay an extra tip of 10 euros which we would have gladly given if the waiters were polite and kind instead during the meal we constantly harassed you like they wanted us to leave and we felt not welcome at all, then on the day of check in we had a taxi booked at 9 and we notified the manager, we were practically kicked out by the manager in a bad way, like the waiters everyone is very rude so I don't recommend this accommodation I ask for a booking to better check the offers you have because the one who sold us your offer didn't have to e that qualification.

First, we are not committed to the relocation of the rooms. We arrive at 11 am. We hand over the room at 1 pm. When we are tired, there is no appreciation that people are coming from travel and are tired and need to rest. Secondly, the rooms are not clean, and the furniture is old and broken. The bathroom has a blocked bathtub. Please note that we changed two rooms and the same system. Thirdly, in the restaurant, the food is sometimes good. I mean, maybe lunch is sweet, dinner is not. Fourth, the cruise is parked a lot and almost along between the boats, which has no view. You can enjoy it and you have to close the curtains because the rooms are always next to you as a screen. Fifthly, the price is much more than the service provided. Water and all drinks are paid for, it is food, but what is free and good is that it is free. Sixth, the maintenance of the facilities of the room and the ship is not available. There is no maintenance, a lot of things are broken, the TV is not working. The tourism company affiliated with the ship provides any money at the expense of the customer, even on long trips, in which there is a lack of commitment to the program agreed upon by the tourism company.
