Successful dive in a Nubian village
Abo Orabi is a pleasant and helpful host. The room is simple but decent. The view to the terrace is great and the terrace is well decorated to relax. Fatima cooked a really good and very satisfying dinner for us every evening for £ 100 per person. At noon we cooked our own meals on site. Abo organized at my request an excursion to Abu Simbel with a very well coordinated taxi + boat + minibus trip. Departure at 3:30 AM, return at 1:00 PM.
The bathroom was out of luck, cleaning and renovation needed. But after five meters, the other bathroom was fine. Good to know: A bottle of water costs LE 10 and a glass of milk costs too. Breakfast is light. It lacks feta, beans and fresh bread. On the terrace, women at home talk loudly and often, we would like them to be more discreet.

A very pleasant and cool stay.
The owner (Abo Orabi) is a very nice guy with very good English, which is rare. Everything was very clean, good air conditioning and good breakfast. The most beautiful terrace in Egypt. If you are in trouble, don't worry, just say the name Abo Orabi and you are safe. Very nice hostel, the owner is very friendly and helpful. It is located in a Nubian village and eludes the hustle and bustle of Aswan, which made us very happy. Very cheap, in excellent conditions and with a good breakfast.
A bit out of the way of tourist attractions, but in no time and in monetary terms (4 egos). It has the great advantage of sleeping in the middle of a Nubian village.

Exceptional
Abo Rabi and his family are wonderful people who make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and the location is great. It is located on the quieter west bank of the Nile, in a Nubian village. Transport is easy to arrange and the host is there to help you feel better or arrange trips for you.
