Newly renovated rooms are great. The bathroom is finally modern and has a shower instead of the old bathtub. The new furniture is super comfortable and very chic.
We had 2 rooms. In one the shower was quite narrow despite the fact that we are slim.

Whoever is on the late-night shift doesn't speak English well. We asked her where to have tea and she told us that the place where you have breakfast in the hotel was closed. We went to buy tea nearby and then we saw that in a closet in the room, where the refrigerator is, there was a heater and tea bags.
Great location, room with safe and beautiful old wooden ceiling, beautiful restored old double windows. Plus the comfort and cleanliness you want.
At breakfast the space was very cramped and limited. This could be solved even better with staff who react more quickly when a table can be cleared.

Just a few little things: - the refrigerator in the room switches off as soon as you leave the room with the key card - The breakfast buffet can be a bit tight at peak times
Good location if visiting Prague as a tourist. All attractions were within walking distance.
The beds were too hard for our taste.
