Location was great, right on Wenceslas Square
The room had no window that could be opened (roof window about 4 m high, very dirty and full of cobwebs). Room itself very dirty.
Just a place
The room smelled of tobacco. They never corrected it. The air conditioning did not work in the entire hotel and was never corrected. Total dissatisfaction. Worst of all, the customer service… This hotel does NOT know what that means. The hotel could fall on you because they don't care about anything at all. Terrible service!!!

Good hotel in a top location. Many sights are within walking distance. When you walk out of the hotel you find yourself in the middle of a square with many shops and cozy terraces. Despite the fact that it is right in the center, we were not bothered by noise pollution in our hotel room. Breakfast was excellent, something for everyone. Staff are friendly. Definitely worth repeating for us.
