Friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet, high-quality facilities and fantastic location at the foot of Prague Castle!
There was nothing to complain about.
The whole building is beautiful (old building) and super modern. The rooms are really nice and huge! Perfect location, not in the middle of things, but within walking distance of the city center.
The breakfast had too few vegan/vegetarian alternatives.
Great upgrade to attic suite. Very large on two levels. Great, very well-maintained old building in a great location. Very close to the old town but quiet.
Breakfast room in the basement not so great.
The room was very nice and the bed was one of the best we've ever had.
In the bathroom there was only a bathtub for showering - although the entrance is very high (it was still possible for us, but very difficult if you are older) The bathroom has a really great window, but when you sit on the toilet you are seen from across the room (at least you have the unpleasant feeling) and therefore always have to go dark first.
