Checkout at 10 a.m. is too early for me. 10.30 would be better. The tea at breakfast was not good. Choice of different tea bags would be better.

It's a good place to stay for a night without spending too much money. The location is great if you are going there for an event at the O2 arena, otherwise it is very far from the city center. The staff is very friendly.
The decoration is very dated, the beds are not very comfortable and the rooms which overlook the road are quite noisy...
Small guesthouse in a good location (5-10 minutes walk to Prosek metro station, about 10-15 minutes to Vysočany station, but big hill). Separate entrance from the street. Community room, library in the corridor, cafe on the ground floor. Nice service at the reception. Nice view of Prague.
The equipment is older but clean. Parking would probably be a problem (there are zones everywhere).
Good location in relation to metro stations and bus routes. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Located on a slightly busier street, so some traffic noise in front, but reasonably good soundproofing.
