OSIRIS Luxury Apartment

Everything was just perfect - the holiday could not have been better. 😊 Everything was. We didn't need anything. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts - we were even allowed into the room until 15:00. There is Netflix and Prime since there was no German TV. But it didn't matter. From the bedroom we could see the sea from the bed in the morning ☺️👍Perfect!!!! There is a balcony and slats for protection from the sun. The corner of Omiš is definitely worth a visit 🤿🌊 Perfect for snorkeling, with hidden coves - if you are looking for beaches and don't use the tourist ones, you will also find absolute spots. We were almost always alone 😎🤿 It was our highlight. An underground car park is also available, which is especially important in hot weather. we felt super comfortable and have never been so relaxed 😌 like this holiday 🧳 Thanks to the wonderful hosts 😉✅🤩

The apartment is clean, well-maintained, very well equipped with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Brač. The elements of the apartment have no signs of wear. Everything is working. The building in which the apartment is located is new and has a good location in a peaceful and quiet area. The nearest beach (not guarded) is about 5 minutes on foot, and the best beaches in Split (including Žnjan) are 15 minutes away (3 minutes by car along the coast road). For motorists, a very big plus is a place for a car in a closed underground car park directly under the building. The owners are very nice, open and available, they provide comprehensive information about the equipment and its service, they are interested in whether there are any problems with the use of the apartment. Communication with the owners in English.

Everything! Nothing was missing in the apartment. The hosts greeted us with a bottle of wine! View, location... everything was great!

Good reception, always ready for questions and recommendations, close to the beach by car to the port / center is also close. Clean, bright, well equipped. Really the only thing to complain about

Key collection coordination was simple and efficient. Renata and Stipe were waiting for me at the hotel. Access to the underground car park (private parking space) and access to the apartment (elevator) as well as all the functions in the apartment (TV, stove, air conditioning, balcony door) were explained to me very well and clearly. The welcome wine was in the fridge. Extremely nice and hospitable couple with excellent knowledge of English. The apartment itself is located on the outskirts of Split in a quieter area that has been recently developed. You are looking at the Zagreb hotel on the sea. In front of the newly built residential complex is the bus stop of the Zagreb Hotel. Access to the underground car park is convenient and safe (mobile electronic lock, the underground car park closes immediately after entering, access to the house is only with a key). The parking space is easily accessible. The space is large enough and the underground parking is brightly lit at the entrance. The apartment is new, sparkling clean and very tastefully decorated in a modern style. It has every imaginable convenience: * Fully equipped modern kitchen with stove/oven/fridge/freezer/microwave/Nespresso machine/dishwasher etc and all the necessary pots/dishes etc. * Modern living-dining room, connected to the open kitchen, with a large TV (various TV programs, unfortunately no German channels, but Prime/Netflix, etc. available), equipped with air conditioning. * beautiful loggia overlooking the sea * large bedroom with a second TV and access to the loggia, blackout possible through shutters and curtains. The bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning. * Spacious bathroom with extra large shower, plenty of storage space, towels available, washing machine available. Various beaches within walking distance or 5 minutes by car. Supermarket 5 minutes by car. City center about 15 minutes by car.
