Unbeatable value for money
Very nice and clean apartment. As for space, we were 3 friends and we did not lack at any time. It is very well equipped and makes you feel at home. Despite the fact that the location does not seem to be very good upon arrival, once you get used to the area and the 20-minute walk to the center, everything becomes very comfortable for sightseeing. The deal with the owner in person is practically non-existent, which does not have to be a bad thing, since you find the keys when you arrive in a locker with a code and when you leave you leave them right there. In any case, by message we were always treated very well by the owner. Quality-price it's hard for me to imagine anything better!
The only thing we missed was a microwave, but nothing that a little ingenuity in the kitchen couldn't fix.

It was very cozy and comfortable!
Comfortable and very cozy apartments. It is convenient that they are located on the first floor and have a separate entrance. Has everything you need for short and long stays. A lot of little things that please the eye and create comfort. I liked it very much! Within walking distance to the old town (15 minutes walk), next to a large shopping center. A pleasant surprise from the owner was a bottle of wine for adults and sweets for a child, which further emphasized the special hospitality! Definitely recommend for a stopover in Split!
It may be difficult to park - a lot of cars. It may be necessary to drive around the house to find a place or wait until they leave the area that is closer to the apartment. But you can always find a place!

Comfortable apartment
It was close walking distance to attractions. Comfortable, beautiful cleanliness. It is easily accessible, even with a stroller, and is almost barrier-free. Ideal for families. Parking in front of the house, free. Extremely nice hosts. I can recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately we didn't like it!
Everything was clean, to be fair, and the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and relatively new! The owner went out of his way overall but couldn't help us especially with a parking problem.
We booked an accommodation with a parking space because we came by car. Unfortunately our search for a parking space ended in disaster and we ended up having to walk quite a distance to the apartment. The property is located in a former bar/shop or similar building, there is no natural light and when you enter you are directly in the living room as there is only one front door. That's why you heard the street noise quite loudly. All in all it was ok for one night but we didn't want to stay longer.
