Everything was great, value for money was 100%, it was a wonderful holiday and I traveled a lot.
Superb location, this view is priceless!! The equipment is excellent, not the newest, but everything is there, a dishwasher and a washing machine are worth their weight in gold. For shopping in Umag you need to drive about 10 km, but this is normal. In Umag there are all sorts of shops and gas stations (including those with HBO). I recommend shopping in Croatian supermarkets! There are so many beaches within a 5-15 minute drive that we went to a different one every day.
Please note, when garbage is taken out, tons on four sides may not be enough.

This accommodation has 3 floors. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom. On the 2nd floor there is a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen-dining room with a dining table and a comfortable sofa and a large balcony with a dining table and chairs. The balcony offers a giant view of the Mediterranean Sea, Slovenia and Italy. On the 3rd floor there is an open plan bedroom with sea views.

Great apartment with a great view
Great view from the balcony directly to the sea, to Italy and Slovenia. Great, comfortable apartment with everything you need. It's great for us that the golf course is across the road. Nice and cool pool, enough sun loungers, close to a shop. We will definitely be back!
It is not very obvious where exactly to go to the sea, since most of it belongs to the resort located above, or is otherwise private. But there are great places nearby, a short car ride, beautiful quiet beaches and clear sea.

We really liked the view, the pool, the proximity to the sea, the quiet area and the excellent infrastructure.
We liked everything about the hotel and would love to come back.
