It is a very pleasant little quiet village, the waterfront is 20m from the apartment, you can see it from the balcony, when the waves were blowing, you could even hear them in the room (we love it). The host was very kind and helpful, communication was done in person and via WhatsApp (convenient). The garden of the house is a real little "jungle" with fig trees and Mediterranean plants everywhere. The size of the room was perfect for us, it had a large balcony overlooking the lake. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped, the air conditioner worked well.
I could mention one negative thing, although it is not for everyone, but unfortunately it is for us. The mattress in the bed was terribly hard. You could see that it was a new/new coconut core, but we are used to a soft mattress, so we had to give up on pleasant sleep.
The hostess who gave us the key on arrival was friendly but the blonde hostess was very rude we had to keep quiet the whole time. there was no table, no chair, nothing, we had to sit on the stairs. From the beginning, the blonde hostess was unfriendly, a shame.. This apartment is not recommended for people who want something fun
A quiet, secluded place for lovers of peaceful relaxation, a safe city beach with a shower just a few steps away. Excellent conditions to lie down, read, enjoy the sun and bath. At the beach exit, there is a shop, if the children want ice cream or drink. No noisy discos and bars, no crowds and jostling by the water, not as salty as in the open sea, clean and warm. Beautiful surroundings, a charming place for nice walks. Close to Šibenik (market with fresh local produce and fish from 7 am). Lots of interesting places and attractions within max. 1 - 1.5 hours drive. Very friendly hosts with good English, always willing to help - good contact via whatsapp. Room amenities as described. Perfectly working air conditioning, which with 37 degrees outside was priceless :) As for the additional trifles - in my opinion, an electric kettle and a dish drainer would be useful (I had my foldable one, just in case), and in the bathroom, towel rails at the exit of the shower would be an advantage, but this is not a complaint - you can do great without them (especially since traditional Greek coffee pot has its charm and the coffee is delicious).
Warning - absolutely unsuitable apartment for 3 people
They sell an apartment for 3 people with an area of 30 m2 - a lie, it has a maximum of 21 m2 and is absolutely unsuitable for 3 people. Behind the front door you are right in the kitchen, with an old cracked couch that is leaning against the table and the couch against the kitchen counter, absolutely unsuitable for sleeping and using the kitchen table and maybe the kitchen counter at the same time. In the review, the potential client should carefully look through the gallery of photos from the apartment, which show its true poor quality in all its beauty. Next is the bedroom, where there is a double bed with laid-out mattresses, a closet by the window, around which you cannot walk to the bed and the window. The kitchen line is glued only with silicone, poorly equipped with dishes. Air conditioning is only in the kitchen, not as they write in the offer, that it is also in the individual rooms. We didn't even let her in, as they have restrictive notices pasted on the walls. The apartment has a small bathroom with a 100 cm long bathtub with a step at the bottom of the bathtub, while half of the length is taken up by the hot water boiler, which is turned on when showering. The comfort of showering is a big 0. During the shower, it happened that one of the householders turned off the cold water supply and only hot water flowed from the boiler. The water shut off followed a text message in which they demanded that we not use the water, that the city has no sewage system and that they have a full waste shaft. This clearly shows the inability of the landlord to rent the property and I am not talking about the fact that we were the first guests this summer season. The apartment should have had a terrace with a table and chairs, but it was passable for 2 other apartments, while they gave us a table with 2 dirty chairs for the 5th day of our stay. They mention a private parking lot, but it was an overgrown neighboring lot with a bunch of brothels, a boat, a dismantled gate and an anthill that ants loaded into my car. They did not allow us to use the grill. The owner and her daughters do not even know how to greet guests, unwillingness. They took a deposit of 100 euros without confirmation of receipt, they did not give a tax document for the apartment, tax avoidance, the apartment is dirty, spiders, insects - I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
The location is good and a short walk to the beach.
