The owner of the apartment, the contacts are indicated when booking, is in Switzerland, told other contacts upon check-in, we were met by a grandmother who speaks only Croatian, and she does not understand another language. My grandmother came to us several times every day and checked how we use the air conditioner: with the windows closed or with the windows open. On the day of departure, my grandmother came at 8 in the morning and sat down on a high chair on the street and waited for us to collect our things and leave the apartment, although the check-out was until 10 am. The apartment is not ready for living and receiving guests. It was dirty on arrival, we had to clean ourselves, sweep the floors. There is no washing machine, iron, ironing facilities. We asked for an iron, they brought us, but the next day my grandmother came for an iron. Mosquin nets on some windows cannot be opened or closed. I do not recommend staying in these apartments.
