Convenient location does not compensate for many disadvantages
Great location - just a few minutes walk through the gate to the private beach. A few more houses in the bay, complete silence at night. Easy access - the serpentine road from Neresizhka is completely re-asphalted, only the last few meters of the gravel road. Nice terrace with many options for relaxing.
The house didn’t seem to have been used for a long time and was very dirty at times, especially the bathroom. No one here took care of the cleaning in advance. Kitchen utensils (pots, pans, cutlery) were sometimes very greasy, cabinets dirty. The table and chairs were partially defective without indicating this (risk of accident). Almost all of the doorknobs were loose, including the front door. During our stay (September 2020), there was a construction site directly under the house, on which an electric generator was buzzing loudly during the day. A little informational material about the island, etc. Wouldn't hurt. In general, unfortunately, not the Robinson vacation that we expected. In these circumstances, we found the price of 118 Euros per night unsuitable and ended our stay prematurely.
