The apartment is located on the seafront. You walk 10 meters to the beach, there are stone sunbathing areas. The apartment has two terraces (sea view + garden view). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.). The bathroom has a washing machine.

Very well equipped, spacious apartment with balcony and sea view. Particularly attentive and accommodating owner.

We have already seen a lot in Croatia, from mostly top-end to, unfortunately, sometimes failures. However, this property raised the bar a bit. The greeting turned out to be very warm and uncomplicated. As soon as we entered the premises, we more than positively noted the condition 1A and perfect cleanliness. Little things that we do not necessarily expect and therefore always take with us, we could safely leave here at home. Whatever we needed, it was just that. They found water, juice and a bottle of wine in the refrigerator, and various snacks on the table. The equipment had everything you need, whether it was a coffee maker (a small bag of filtered coffee, of course, too), a kettle, a toaster, a large refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, even an iron and ironing board. were there. The beds and sofa bed were comfortable, the bathroom was optimally divided and had a good shower. From the bedroom there was a small terrace, and from the living room - to a beautiful balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and a small uninhabited island. During the day, many boats can be seen heading towards the nearby passage between Ugljan and Pasman. A few steps away you can reach a rocky beach where swimming shoes are recommended, as is almost everywhere in Croatia. The small town of Kuklitsa can be reached on foot in about 12-15 minutes and, in addition to small shops, there are various restaurants to choose from. We had a wonderful vacation with a lovely host and will definitely visit again :-)

Wonderful, cozy, modern, new apartment with 2 large terraces with beautiful views! The hosts are very welcoming and attentive to every detail. The apartment is furnished with all necessary household appliances. Right on the beach, no noise, very quiet place.
