Stone House Iva

Igor, a very pleasant host, showed us everything and explained everything. We could contact him in between and he was always able to help us. After the solar sail was damaged by a storm, everything was back to normal in a short time. The house is very beautiful and functional, in fact nothing is missing. Even cold welcome drinks in the fridge. After 1 week the sheets were changed. The view from the balcony is lovely and the beautiful pool with shower is great too. Thanks for everything, we'll be back.

We called an hour before arrival and Igor was already waiting for us when we arrived. We found cold drinks in the fridge, which was very nice after the long journey. The house is clean, equipped with everything, perfect - much nicer than we thought based on the pictures uploaded to the booking. There are four rooms and three bathrooms in the house, all of them were comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Public facilities are within reach by car. The pool is clean and well maintained. For grilling in the garden, the wood was prepared and there was a huge garden table right next to it, so you didn't have to go far with the prepared food and the family could be together and talk. What I particularly liked was that the top floor has a wonderful view of the sea, and the view is simply beautiful at night.

House with a POOL !!! and the garden in this very quiet location was lovely! The view from the upper terrace is beautiful. Friendly dog. Near the island of Krk. Near the beach. Good starting point for day trips. Plenty of space, four bathrooms. Large kitchen-living room. Large well equipped kitchen. Outdoor grill / stone grill. Bed linen and towels were changed once upon request. The hosts were friendly and straightforward. In parting, the owner gave them a bottle of plum brandy. We will be back.
