A beautiful home furnished with love. The outdoor area with swimming pool, trampoline and summer kitchen is a dream come true. The owner Sanya is very nice and kind.

We were a family of eight. Age from 60 to 3 months. The kids used the pool, small and its Parents a world, something for everyone. Very nice area, very well maintained rooms, very friendly simple Hostess. We all decided to return next year if possible. In a word, everything is perfect and thanks again.

The villa is equipped with everything you need for a holiday. It is very tastefully and modernly furnished. There were two of us and each used the bedroom on the first floor. Before booking, you should know that on the ground floor there are 2 small bedrooms with French beds (140 cm wide) that share a beautiful bathroom. On the first floor in the gallery there is a large bed 2 meters wide. However, this bedroom is open and has little privacy, but there is a very nice second bathroom with a skylight. Overall, we really liked the house with its furniture and equipment. It was possible to sleep peacefully on the beds, also because everything is well darkened by the outer shutters, and all the windows in the house have mosquito nets. This should be greatly praised, the tormentors do not enter the house, so peace is assured. Outside is just wonderful! Really nicely decorated and there are several seating and lounging options here too. You can also use an external grill. However the pool is not heated. We were there at the end of September, the water temperature was 19 degrees, which takes a lot of effort to plunge into the high water. The property itself is a bit secluded in a purely residential area with single family homes. The road leads very close to the property, but there are few cars in the village, so the few cars don't bother you. We loved hanging out by the pool when the weather was nice. Unfortunately, the neighbors were gardening with a chainsaw for 2 full days, which of course was not very good, but the landlord can't help it. You should expect this in a residential area. The hostess contacted us in advance via whatsapp about the key collection, was very friendly and always ready to answer any questions. We will definitely be back! Punat has good restaurants and a pebbly beach.

Very beautiful, well maintained home with a lovely hostess and great amenities. It really is all inclusive. Dishwasher tablet, coffee capsules, hair dryer, hair straightener, Netflix and Amazon Prime on TVs, great Wi-Fi, aquatic animals for the pool, etc. Nearest small supermarket (has everything you need) and a very good eatery can be reach by foot in about 15 minutes in the neighboring town. But the car is definitely better. It's about 10 minutes by car from the beach at Corniche. Excellent all around
