Holiday House Vale Verde

The house itself is old, very dirty and smells very bad inside. Furniture and beds are old, dirty, it is impossible to sit / lie down. There is no storage space in the closet so we left our suitcases packed. The house is very dirty, every cupboard/drawer is full of junk, pots of spoiled vegetables (where mold was rampant), sauce (ever mayonnaise?) an open bag of sauces and even half a bottle, spoiled wine and a lot of leftovers from bottles of spirits. There was even a full bottle of cola filled with liquor. We tried to get rid of the smell by spraying and blowing air freshener, but this only helped for a while. When we arrived, the house was filthy, there were dead insects on the floor, as well as on the blinds. We were let in after we first waited and then called by a woman who spoke almost no English and had to leave quickly so didn't give any information (we were there at the agreed time!) So late afternoon we stayed without hot water, because the "turn off the boiler" button was between the light buttons and was identical to the light buttons. Long before this review, I sent an email to the owner with our complaints, but, unfortunately, I did not receive a response… Unfortunately, we went for great reviews! I really can't understand why this house has such high scores!
