We spent a week with 2 families and everything was perfect

The structure is brand new and the services it offers are of a high standard.

It is 4 km from the sea, but it can be easily reached by car in a few minutes.

Relaxed summer holidays at Villa Luce

The place was very quiet. The house is very modern and the equipment was very good. BASIC things for the house were available. The departure worked without problems, even if it was at 3am. The landlady came to the apartment at 3 am to check out. Very good!

Unfortunately the WiFi connection could not be maintained throughout the house and the pool was very shaded from late in the evening (so it was a bit colder than usual).

Well equipped villa

Equipment, tranquility, attention to detail, very tastefully decorated. Each room has its own bathroom and TV, even if we didn't use it. The location is close to shopping, the beach and hiking, but a car is an absolute must.

The pool is unfortunately a little shaded. Perfect for mid-summer, highly dependent on outdoor temperature at the end of summer. But the pool is heated so the complaining is at a very high level.
