good location, but poor standard
Liked the location. and the cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. short distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.
Disliked that the shower head was loose, no curtain in the shower. thin sheets, no duvet. was promised an apartment on the first floor due to bad knees. got the top floor. lots of stairs. the apartment has improvement potential. paying cash was not so wise as the banks charge extra fees, we therefore paid a 1000 note too much.

Great place to explore beautiful Dubrovnik!
Very hospitable welcome. We got advice and information and the room had a map + information about bus routes. Bus stop to the old center nearby (bus 6), runs frequently. Great balcony with a nice view. Lokrum Island is a must! Near the accommodation there is a park by the sea with all kinds of tents for recreation.
Despite 2 different WiFi codes, the WiFi was not optimal.

Everything is fine!
The apartments are clean and equipped with everything you need. The owner is very available. Villa Era is very well connected to the old town as well as several beautiful beaches. I recommend to all!

Hospitality and professionalism
Cozy clean room with all amenities. Ena is a very sweet lady who quietly stored our luggage for us both at check in and check out. Right value for money for the location. We absolutely recommend.
We missed curtains in the bathroom. With every shower, everything got wet.
