Beautiful but the pictures promise too much.
The caretaker Daniel was very nice, courteous and always tried to do everything to our satisfaction. Kudos to Daniel.
The houses are well photographed but unfortunately not qualitatively developed. It gives the impression that everything was completed quickly and cheaply.

-Pool and outside area was dirty - the whole house before definitely not cleaned -Hair from tenants before that in the shower + beetle

The holiday was very nice and the accommodation perfect for us as a group! Gladly again and only to recommend.
The accommodation was very new with a modern design. The rooms were big enough and nicely furnished. It has enough toilets and showers. The bathrooms are also very new and beautiful. The pool area was nice and perfect for 10 people. It has air conditioning in every room. The kitchen was also very new and had everything you needed. We were greeted in a friendly manner and could approach him at any time with questions. If something was missing or broken, it was replaced promptly. Additional: - WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS - TV in the living room - Balcony with table and chairs - Several shops 10-15 minutes by car (Lidl, Spar, etc.) - The new grill was very good. - It has enough parking spaces (we came with 3 vehicles)
There should be enough sunbeds. (4 were available, we were provided with sun loungers by empty villas) A large table for the outdoor area was missing, including chairs. Fixed sun protection would be good, as it was very windy at times and the parasol didn't withstand it. The pool was cleaned, but it should have happened more often. The sea is not far away, but a port without a beach (15-20 minutes by car there is a sea and a beach) It had a lot of wasps and other insects (of course not due to the provider) There is a boiler which can be switched on and off via a "light switch" (probably common in Croatia), but you have to know that.

Nice house for larger group or family
Very nice and new house with high equipment. The private pool was great and was even regularly maintained and cleaned. Special mention should be made of Danijel's willingness to help who takes care of the houses. Anyone who needs a lot of space for a large group or family is in good hands there
House is still quite new, so the equipment is probably not yet complete. The kitchen equipment wasn't quite enough for 8 people and four loungers and an umbrella weren't enough at the pool either. The location is a bit out of the way and you always have to drive if you want to go shopping or to a restaurant.
