The owner of the villa met us at the entrance. He explained everything how everything works, showed the house and opened a bottle of wine of his own production, which is very tasty. The owner is a very hospitable person, it is clear that he is worried about the fact that the guests were satisfied. I would like to note that the villa is fully equipped from kitchen utensils to the smallest detail. The kitchen is fully equipped, from plates of various sizes to sugar/salt/butter. The refrigerator has an ice function, which helps a lot in the high season. Each room and living room is air-conditioned. The bedrooms had clean linens. The towels were also clean (no stains) and colorful which is very handy when a family is visiting. The territory of the villa is beautiful, the place at the table on the street is planted with flowers and palm trees. There is a private pier where there are sun loungers and where the owner stops his boat. There is a gas grill, which is very convenient. Some things in the house have been updated compared to the photos, such as a new large TV. The villa is located in a quiet bay and has a rocky beach and an entrance where there is a farm of mussels and oysters. On the other side, they sell only caught oysters and mussels, which is much cheaper than in a cafe. 1 kg of mussels cost 10 kunas, 1 oyster 6 kunas. There is almost nothing within walking distance. All cafes and shops are 8-10 km away. (the cafe nearby was closed), so you need to take a car. You can buy anything in stores. Also 9 km. there is a fish farm "plankton" where you can buy Dorado fish, but you need to arrive before lunch. I want to thank the owner for such a wonderful place to stay.
Everything was great, location right on the water, great sunset views. The owner greeted us with good wine from his own vineyard (excellent). The house itself has all the amenities described, you can drive up to the door by car. week, very kind and caring owner.
