If I have to be objective, the only thing I liked was that the apartment was in the villa on the first floor. The size of the apartment is good. I very positively evaluate the two toilets and also the two terraces. I also positively evaluate two separate separate bedrooms, a dining room and a living room. I will be free of equipment and I did not expect to live in luxury.
A person who will live in an apartment on the first floor will have to take into account that there is no air conditioning. Which I see as a problem, because at night during our stay the night temperatures were around 28 degrees and during the day around 36 degrees and above. The first week I couldn't sleep at all at night. I pointed out this fact to the authorized person who handed us the keys, but his statement that the air conditioning does not have a good effect on the human body is completely wrong. On the day of our arrival, the person in charge told me that the air conditioning is not needed, that it will be enough if the wind blows and we have the windows open. I could agree with that, but it has a few question marks. If you leave the windows open, you won't be able to sleep, because the street where the villa stands is very busy (cars, motorbikes, buses, trucks, supplies for nearby hotels, etc.), so the noise. And further, when you have all the windows and doors open, a very strong smell from the sewage will penetrate into the apartment. From the neighbors who will be grilling afterwards smoke because their chimney is right next to the toilet. I talked to the authorized person if he could at least get us an e. a fan, because the whole time here in the street and in the villa at night there was no wind at all and the air literally stood still. Then Robert told me that there are no ventilators in the whole of Biograd and they are sold out (they had 8 ventilators in stock at the first electrical store not far from the villa). There is a kitchen, but the refrigerator is about 40 years old. You can't put anything in it because it doesn't cool. You can't eat there. If you leave it at full power, you have to defrost the evaporator every other day. As three adults, we had towels from start to finish for our entire stay (3 large and 3 small). In the bathroom, the shower has a broken handle, so you have to figure out how to get out of that shower. The sink in the bathroom was not draining, after my intervention everything was OK. Parking behind the fence at the villa, but there is a swimming pool set up in the garden. What surprised me was that the apartment on the ground floor has air conditioning (tourists from "D", the others are about 2.
Tastefully and stylishly furnished dwelling, plenty of space, good climate even without turning on the air conditioning. Clean and well maintained.
I would also add a microwave to a well-equipped kitchen.
Comfort like at home.
The toilet bowl does not flush well, the electric oven in the kitchen is not working.
