Everything that should be in an apartment by the sea, plus, of course, a swimming pool. Not too big, you probably won't buy in it, but you can splash around. The children were having fun. The apartment is clean, there is an air conditioner in the small kitchen, but it works perfectly and dissipates the cold around the apartment. Nice, relatively large terrace where you can relax under a large parasol. Around are olives, pomegranates and fig trees, and below there are turtles. The farmer's olive oil is good as is the percentage. And finally, the wonderful hosts who are very friendly, nice and live on the property, so they are always on hand in case of any problems. In our case, our contacts went far beyond what they were supposed to guarantee, it was great to talk to them, we would like to thank them again for a pleasant stay.
The downside for some may be location. This is not the place where it is close to the sea. However, you need to have your own vehicle, which did not bother us at all. The surroundings, a typical Croatian village, or rather the outskirts of Biograd, are unfortunately abandoned, some places resemble Poland during communism, but you can find a good place to walk.
We stayed at the hotel for a few days with our three children. A little off to the side means you need a car. Accommodation is well equipped. The pool for our kids is, of course, a highlight. We made many day trips from Biograd to its surroundings. Thus, the accommodation was conveniently located for us. The hosts were very welcoming with fresh eggs and vegetables. We were satisfied and would recommend this hotel to others. If we are in the area again, we will be back :-)
Very spacious apartment, mosquito nets in the windows which really came in handy. A small private terrace where no one disturbed us and at the same time a great and clean pool for children and adults. The hosts are very nice. We recommend! Wifi - we had to look for a place, but eventually we found it and it worked without a problem. Beaches - Lumbrak (no facilities, but with a minimum of people, pebbles), Pine Beach in Pakoštane (paid, but with gradual entry and a sandy part ideal for children), Soline (in the center - a city beach with all the facilities, but bustle). Everyone has something in them.
Longer distance by car to the center, but we knew that... It's about a 5-minute drive (Adventure park, Lidl, gas station along the way).
