In order to access the structure, we found ourselves blocked in the evening and no one answered the calls. After a while, they noticed us from the gate and let us in. On the second day, someone broke into the balcony of our room and stole my expensive hiking boots, which were sorely needed on my journey. I suspect they were employees doing renovation work at the hotel. It is unacceptable for a person not to feel safe in their own room, without supervision and apparently without a discount on the cost of living, despite the serious damage caused. The hostess only looked.along.the.street, did not even bother to search.the rooms of the workers who worked there. A place that I would not recommend to anyone unless they want to feel at the mercy of any thief that comes through even inside the building. Attempts to get them back were minimal and I would have at least appreciated the discount on the room given the significant loss of money. Very bad experience.
