EcoHotel Brisas del Amani

The rooms are very small. The towels are very small. There is no TV set.

I made the reservation for the room with the jacuzzi and they even confirmed it by email and when I arrived they told me that it was reserved, however they placed me in a smaller room that was very good.

I did not like that the VIP room I bought was not properly ready and equipped. To begin with, the bathroom had no light and it was not fixed by changing the light bulb, there was an electrical problem and therefore it could not be solved, there was no soap either, although they later put it in, there were no blankets, only one sheet and I felt very cold all night , and they did not inform me where I could request blankets and pillows. Breakfast nothing to do with a VIP room, not even a piece of fruit, no juice, no bread, too simple for the price I paid for the best room in the hotel. The breakfast could have been better and better served,... the chocolate was a total fiasco.
