The location is very good. Breakfast at the Al Alma restaurant is varied and tasty (though the service is slow). The view from the room is great and the whole apartment was very clean and comfortable.
The bathrooms did not have hand soap or small utensils expected in a hotel. There were no hooks in the closet. But it was a question of a call, and it was resolved.

The breakfast menu is very limited. I do not recommend booking with a sofa bed. It is very uncomfortable
The location is very good, close to CC El Tesoro and Amsterdam Plaza. The apartment is very comfortable. The included breakfast is exceptional at Al Alma Restaurant located on the 4th floor. Apartment 602 is bright and fresh.

The room cleaning left a lot to be desired, had to ask for a better floor. We asked for some salt, but they could not provide us with it. Breakfast was a bit varied
They need to learn more about five star services, this is the part where they fail, the possibilities are impressive.
The attention to the apartment is very personal, they need to be corrected to be more outstanding. ditto for breakfast which doesn't work quite a bit. Remember they registered this as a five star service, which is not the case.
