The location is ideal and our room was very clean and pleasant, the attention from the two guys in charge of serving you in the food court was wonderful, they were too friendly and helpful, a 10 for them.
They definitely have to improve the internet service since it is practically non-existent, also the price of the food seems high to me considering the portions and that a few meters from the hotel you can find better prices and alternatives.
