WiFi didn't work for the most part, several different credit cards couldn't be used (technical problem?), which sometimes made the service staff in the restaurant very inattentive, forgetful and sluggish

The rooms are not up to the price paid (119€: this is the price of a 5 star hotel in Cartagena for example. The air conditioner turned on by itself several times during the night. The icing on the cake: No water in our room, we had to shower in another room after more than an hour of waiting in the evening .. in the morning always the same problem, we could not shower or wash the face

There is no hot water. In the rooms you can hear everything, from talking, stepping, going to the bathroom...everything from the rest of the nearby rooms. To get to reception you have to walk a long way and if it's raining it's uncomfortable and difficult to get to as it is. Slippery. They advise you to reserve dinner and when you arrive they already have it prepared and therefore it is cold.
