Excellent room, very cozy and clean, room service is very good, recommended place for a good stay.
Some of the restaurant staff lack kindness and better treatment of guests.
From the moment we checked in until the last minute, we felt very comfortable here. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and gym were clean and well maintained. We also liked the breakfast (especially the smoothies and scrambled eggs).
Nutella for breakfast would be the icing on the cake
This is a very good hotel. It has 4 pools, so it's great to go with children and relax. The area is quiet and not noisy. It's close to Bocagrande and you can get there by taxi or on foot.
On weekends, there were companies of women in the pool and they went up to rooms with non-resident foreigners. This does not seem appropriate to me when we are traveling with children and on a family outing.
Rooms; beds and cleanliness; irreproachable
room noise upstairs...should have more control
Everything is very nice and clean. very friendly staff
There are few good places to eat in this area. The beach is public, so it is not well maintained and there are many merchants who constantly interfere with you. So we stayed in the pool.
