It is not a hotel as such, they are called a pasadia in Bogota, it is like a small hostel, half of the staff are friendly, the other is not, a boss, I don't know if the owner or manager is very despot
The facilities, the proximity to the sea, the infrastructure is great and the possibility of leaving your bags and continuing to use the facilities
The room they gave me was on the first floor, an unbearable damp smell, noise was heard next to the kitchen from 4:30 am
During my stay at the time of arrival, they were going to give us the room and the room was not organized, they made us go through other rooms which had a strong smell of humidity, therefore we hope that they will organize the room for us, also throughout my stay At no time did they enter my room to change my sheets or towels, we had to go to the reception to ask for more soap, more toilet paper.
The attention of all the staff in general, especially Jose at the bar, Heydy at the restaurant, Javier and another girl at the reception!!! The decoration of the hotel, the view of the sea, the pools, the food!! Every day I had different things for dinner, all delicious and good value for money.
Not being able to enjoy the hotel more when being for work!
