Staff in the concierge service far from the standard of the hotel (e.g. 2 weeks and 3 times asking about booking what the airport transfer costs, when asking about Netflix "I will be back in 5 minutes" - never came back, no information about the wifi, Phone, tv at check in. The setting doesn't match the beautiful hotel.
