When we made the reservations in booking, the views in the photos are not exactly what we had… and both nights we were listening to the music outside. Additionally, the hotel staff did not help us with the activities to do in Cartagena, nor what to see, since they have a person to give organized tours and simply what we wanted is to tell me where to go to the main attractions and I'll see if I do it with you or No
all the hotel staff were very arable, pleasant and helpful. the rooms are very nice and nothing is missing. a great breakfast on the roof terrace with a varied buffet, AND a very nice and beautiful rooftop pool. with a few steps you are in the center.
