Acogedor
The hotel is beautiful, spacious, fresh, pleasant, zero noise, very comfortable and cozy, my favorite place besides the reception was the bar/dining room, I also loved its location right in front of the main park in Caldas... the bathroom It is spacious and the water is hot.
The only thing that I really found uncomfortable was that there were no electrical outlets next to the bed and that the mattress and pillows were covered in plastic, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Comfortable and very clean.
The old theme. It has precious objects from past centuries from the entrance. It is exquisite!
There is no elevator to the 5th floor. People with disabilities could not access to enjoy such a beautiful hotel. In that sense it is not inclusive for the disabled.
