The apartment has two beaches within walking distance and there is a bus directly from the street to the city center Plateau. In addition, the house is opposite a four-star hotel where there are always taxis that cost less than a Swedish bus ticket. When I was offered the only room with a private bathroom on the last nights, it was really nice.
I have rented two apartments in Praia and in both cases the description on the booking did not match the apartment. I have pointed out the shortcomings that were significant to me and in both cases the hosts have tried to compensate for the shortcomings by offering different services. In this case, the host has posted three apartments with three rooms in each for rental at booking. I rented one of these apartments, but when I got there it turned out that it is actually a three-room apartment where you share a kitchen and for two of the rooms, also a bathroom. The private sphere was thus not the specified square meter area but the size of one's own room. Restaurants in the area are quite expensive and it is not inviting to wander around there after dark.
We recommend this property for its tranquility, location (proximity to restaurants and beaches), friendly host, approachable and good advice. Clean and spacious rooms, it was perfect!
