the design of the room, the comfort of the bedding, the location of the hotel
no view from the room, but above all the proximity to the wind tunnel of the neighboring building (under the windows!) which generates a fairly loud permanent background noise! We arrived in the evening and directly from the airport, for 1 night, so we said nothing, too tired, but otherwise we would have asked for a change. This is really the only negative point of this hotel.
