The owner was bright and kind, and arranged a rental bike and a bus to Bangkok. The facility is a little old, but the room was clean and fine. It is close to the night market, there are many restaurants and massage shops nearby, and there are several Japanese restaurants although I didn't use it. Reasonably priced and very good quality.
Only the shower water is weak and the WiFi speed is slow.

Quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and a little further from the city center. A very pleasant stay.
Lack of bathroom care
The guest house is located in a quiet courtyard and is very pleasant. The rooms are very spacious and we also had access to the terraces of the upper floors. The city center is a 10-minute walk away. At the front desk SamSo (who speaks French) and his wife were wonderful. Always present to help us organize our stay: bike rental, tickets to the Phare circus, tuk-tuk reservations .... Of course we will return there on a future stay.
