The wifi does not work properly despite several requests and the so-called included breakfast you have to pay for an orange juice as expensive as a full breakfast outside the hotel. And to keep the room for 2 more hours while waiting to go to the airport I had to pay $10 an hour more!!! For an expensive hotel like this it's pathetic. Avoid like the plague!
The staff is always very friendly and ready to help. The room rate is reasonable, good value for money. The location in the very center of the city allows easy access to the main tourist sites. I recommend the hotel, if I return to Phnom Penh I will stay at the same hotel.
