This was my second time in Phnom Penh but this house is really great. Room 1 is huge with a balcony, the staff especially Nicky are dedicated, hardworking and effortlessly responsive to every need. I felt good about everything. Also the food is delicious. THANK YOU
Hmmm, I can't think of anything. There is no lift, but most smaller hotels do. So nothing special
The atmosphere is very "old expat friends (USA)" who meet every day downstairs in a large bar with comfortable high chairs, the atmosphere of the salon is guaranteed :) The staff is really great! the waitresses are very nice and will do their best to please you and the boss is friendly. The room is super big, very nice to have a sofa and lounge chair in the living room. The balcony is a plus, even if we didn't use it in the end, it's less nice/useful without chairs... Fridge in the room. Safe. Lots of catches. The location of the hotel is perfect, all visits are (almost) within reach, to the dismay of the tuktuk...
A little bit of furniture is missing on this large empty balcony (2 chairs and a mini table, that's all). Large bathroom but not much to put your own toiletries in. Air conditioning, which, regardless of the configuration, happens to you at night.
Location and size of the room
Day and night noise came from the nearby construction site.
Quite the right ratio of price and quality. Spacious room in an old house with a touch of retro charm.
Slightly noisy environment at night.
This is not a hotel, this is a brothel
