About prosperity in years
Kayak rental, good help in organizing mopeds and minibuses, great (private) terrace at room 1, clean
The crown has left its mark, everything is a little run down, the staff is ok, the boss is less friendly than usual, the sun loungers and pool are in poor condition. The price level is quite high compared to other places in Cambodia (including cocktails). All the bikes were (even by their own claim "broken"), so the description in this regard is not correct.

We had a great stay and we will come back there on our next visit to Cambodia.
Very attentive and responsive staff. The two swimming pools, the beauty of the site and the atmosphere, the small outdoor seating area for each rental.
The lighting in the bathroom for the rest everything was great !!!
