A great place to relax - location, view, interior, cleanliness, silence, tranquility, kind and smiling staff, delicious food and wonderful Spa. It was one of our best holidays ever!!Thank you very much to the whole team at Chukara Complex!!We will visit you again for sure!!

Nice hotel, but a bitter aftertaste remains after the meal
The hotel is still new. The apartment was spacious, there was a TV in every room. Good wi-fi which is free. The bathroom was also large, the cosmetics are a complete set. The spa area is nice, if the hotel is not full, everything is still new. The salt room and saunas are very nice. There is nice coffee in the room, compliments of the hotel. The breakfast is nice and has a large selection, good coffee is also available. I am fascinated by the wine tasting and especially by the lady who did it for us. A real pleasure. I recommend her!
We were accommodated in the building next to the hotel, which we were not aware of at the time of booking. There is no warm connection between this building and the hotel, you walk on a path outside. In case it is raining it is not pleasant. I don't think the price is lower because of that, and the guests are not on equal terms. I asked for a room on a higher floor, it was not done. The rooms are not well soundproofed. The sheets on the bed didn't look good, they didn't even cover it completely, and the cameras hadn't bothered to put them on properly. There were no insect nets, and there are plenty of those. We were in an apartment for 3 adults, but the sofa is not suitable for sleeping because it is in separate modules, and there was not at least one mattress pad or top mattress. Children are allowed in the spa area, even without parents and it is noisy, and this is a relaxation area. Same with the pool.

Great hotel with very friendly staff!
Great location and view, extremely kind and helpful staff. Very high hygiene, comfortable beds and pillows, huge smart TV, interestingly furnished room! As a compliment, we had a high-class coffee machine stocked with a sufficient number of capsules, several types of tea, mineral water. The minibar was also very well and variedly stocked. Excellent Spa, everything is new, very well maintained and clean. The outdoor terrace is spacious and has a unique view of the city and the mountains, a very pleasant place to relax. The breakfast was also up to par.
The garden below the hotel is not finished and is currently not very pleasant to walk through
