my reservation was for a 120 sq.m. apartment. , and initially I went to lunch to organize dinner for the evening in the apartment and when I went there they told me that for that price it was a double room and after I showed them the reservation from the app they offered me an apartment which subsequently turned out to be some semblance of an apartment no more than 40 sq.m. and the service under all criticism and with all the trouble this hotel caused me, no one said a single "sorry for the confusion" I have never been to a worse hotel
