Disappointing!
The room was cold. In the night I woke up with cold. The food at dinner under all criticism. And expensive... Breakfast also cold and greasy. Calling the number. We would not visit!

The location.
I do not recommend the restaurant. Ambience, quality and service more or less at the level of an average neighborhood establishment, and the prices are undeservedly high.

Very charming hotel
A hotel with a lot of charm in the middle of the mountains and very conveniently located for the chair lift that leads to the 7 Rila Lakes. Very friendly and hospitable staff. A very remarkable hotel restaurant, especially when you arrive in the evening.
