There was no breakfast
Lack of sufficient hospitality, for example at least coffee for breakfast when none was provided on the grounds that it was not a weekend. Feeling that if it wasn't for booking, we would most likely have been denied the stay. One cloth was clean but with numerous traces of dark stains. There is a dog tied up nearby that barks all night - this is a circumstance that is not the fault of the hosts - we are only reporting the fact!

New Year's Eve in Momchilovtsi
Quick response from the owners regarding my late arrival and check-in. Warm rooms (bedroom, bathroom, tavern), despite the cold and snowfall.
I don't know if the house offers wireless internet. On my initial check-in I neglected to ask, and subsequently did not have the opportunity to do so due to my early departure. In the room I was put in, the information table with general useful information (for transport connections and others) lacked similar info about access network.
