All the staff...and the management, the dream location. Fairy tale atmosphere..back to old times but still new..excellent food A dream
It wasn't a rich breakfast, apparently they are saving money...
There was no refrigerator and the hot water only ran for 2 minutes, not enough to bathe one person, let alone two!!!

There was no WLAN connection in our room, the "car park" was a sloping gravel pad that was far from the area. No elevator, no railings.
Very responsive breakfast service... Delicious, plentiful food. Good location... close to Nesebar... with the tourist routes of Sveti Vlas.
When we arrived, the current room key distributor gave us the loudest room above the restaurant, even though 50 quieter rooms were empty. Zero empathy for the tall lady. We listened to the noise until 11 o'clock. 😡😕
The breakfast was very tasty and sufficient. The setting was pleasant and relaxing. A pleasant place to relax from the hectic everyday life.
