not recommended. Very minimal
The location is good. There was an air conditioner.
The room smelled of cigarettes. There was no shampoo and body soap as stated in the description. We were not answered when we asked. There was no sign for the internet password and we had to wait for the owner to answer us for it.

Pension White Houze - an ideal place for exploring the Central Balkans
Location of the guesthouse, cleanliness, willingness to arrive, no problems allowed to arrive in 3 hours. Availability of transport for tourists without a car. A large number of grocery stores in the vicinity, there was also no shortage of restaurants.
WiFi, the host did not give us access to the password.

It was clean and quiet, especially the latter is a great advantage for the center of a dynamic city like Karlovo.

It's great for the price.
The price is the best for the region. All we needed was a bed and a bathroom, and the bed was really comfortable, and so were the pillows. It was clean, there is internet, which is quite slow, but it is there.
The street is very noisy and the cars sound like they are going over your head. The bathroom is uncomfortable. The shower head is out of the sink and doesn't even have a stand for it.
